When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on quantity of orders at the same time and holiday season. Orders generally do not ship on weekends or holidays.

How long does shipping takes?

We produce our jewelry and sculpture in the United States in New York. For US orders, it will normally take 7 business days for production and fast shipping by UPS 1 day or maximum 3 days. For Canada it is also sent quickly by UPS over 7 days maximum 10 days and international by UPS allow 10 to 15 days.

Do you ship Internationally?

Of course ! We deliver worldwide so that every customer can enjoy their shopping experience with us.

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

How to order on your site?

Simply find the product you’d want and click the ‘Add To Cart’ button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we’ll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Does Gold Sphynx provide a quality guarantee for all products sold?

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we’ll get it addressed!

Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don’t like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. If you have any additional questions that has not been addressed in our FAQ. Please contact us at support@goldsphynx.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

• +I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Shipping And Billing Addresses. What’s Going On?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information.

I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 24-48 hours(Monday – Friday), and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

I Just Placed My Order. Can I Add Another Item To It?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

Why Was My Order Canceled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. You will be immediately refunded for items found to be out of stock.
